On March 1st, 2019, IRIS Hub’s Betanet proposed the genesis block marking the official launch of the network. Over the past 6 months and till this very day, with the great help of our validators, we are very happy to witness that IRIS Hub has been running smoothly and steadily and accomplished a series of important iterations including a patch upgrade, an on-chain parameter change and a smooth hard-fork upgrade for the first time in the history of BPoS networks. And the like

We can conclude that IRIS Hub is very mature and reliable from the perspective of technology. It’s time to bring a closure to the Betanet phase and to embrace a new milestone! As a result, on the 200th day since the launch, we are very glad to announce that IRIS Hub will be officially running as the Mainnet. Github repository name, titles of documents and other related materials will be updated from Betanet to Mainnet simultaneously (see details below). Program codes need no change during this brand-upgrade.

Friends of IRISnet, please keep supporting and engaging in the development of IRISnet, thanks!
