Irrelevant Matters is the place where ideas and curiosity live — here and on our official website. The general idea of publication:
The first difference between publishing with us here and on our official website is that anyone can request to join Irrelevant Matters on Medium and publish with us after getting approved, but our official website is invite-only. I described why and how to get an invitation in the special post.
The authors of our official website receive a flat rate depending on the story submitted and their contribution to its promotion, i.e. activity and reach in social media. Also, they can still repost the same story here on Medium sometime later. This way, they get paid extra $ on top of what they typically earn as Medium partners per article.
Technically every article submitted to our publication on Medium has a chance to receive a special private note with an invitation as an author to our official website…
