What is Scrum? — Events and rules

Scrum is a framework created in the early ’90s and widely used today for software development. Scrum is said to be a framework, as it does not prescribe anything, it is not a process or even a technique and it is perfectly adaptable. In Scrum we can include several techniques used in other processes, so we can always improve it.
