Starting April 30, 2024 (00:00 UTC), the real-time circulation monitoring service provided by Xangle’s Live Watch for ISKRA ($ISK) project will be discontinued. This termination stems from the migration of ISKRA project from Klaytn to BASE chain.

As BASE chain falls outside the scope of Xangle’s service operations, the circulation monitoring service will no longer be available through Xangle. Consequently, the circulation data for $ISK provided by Xangle and reflected on platforms such as CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko will cease.

However, ISKRA Team is committed to transparency and will endeavor to provide circulation data through a proprietary API developed by ISKRA. This API will be made available to aggregating platforms, including CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko, ensuring continued access to circulation information.

Please refer to the details below for more information.

  • Date of Termination: April 30, 2024 (00:00 UTC)
  • Reason for Termination : Xangle Live Watch does not support BASE Mainnet, necessitating the discontinuation of the circulation volume service for ISKRA.
  • Impact
  1. Suspension of ISKRA Live Watch page on Xangle
  2. Discontinued provision of circulation API by Xangle Live Watch service
  3. Discontinued provision of circulating supply to CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko from Xangle

However, ISKRA will provide its own circulating supply API to CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko in the near future. The circulation information of ISKRA project will be available at https://iskra.world/earn/ISK once the service resumes from migration process.

The circulating supply API will also be provided to 3rd party services including CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko for it to be consecutively reflected. We would like to inform you about the operations related to the migration process.

  • Impact: Temporary circulating supply change due to chain migration

During the migration from Klaytn to BASE on April 30, 2024, ISKRA ($ISK) will transition its cross-chain bridge from the existing Wormhole-based bridge to a Layer Zero bridge. This will result in a temporary transfer of approximately 11 million $ISK.

It is important to note that this transfer is a temporary event during the migration process and will not affect the final circulating supply. Please see below for more information:

1) Withdraw approximately 5 million Klaytn-based ISK and execute Klaytn → Base bridge

  • Purpose: To unlock all ISK locked in the existing bridge on the Base chain.
  • Recovery: The unlocked ISK will be exchanged for new ISK and returned to the existing wallet.

2) Withdraw 6 million ETH-based ISK and execute ETH → Base bridge

  • Purpose: Organize a pool to exchange old ISK for new ISK on the base chain
  • Recovery: Transfer old ISK collected for exchange to new ISK via Base Native Bridge
