Hello everyone! We at ITAM Games are happy to bring you more updates on the bug fixes of DarkTown with another DarkTown Bug Exterminator content! This series takes a look at the bugs that were exterminated and fixed on the blockchain RPG, DarkTown. We at ITAM Games are working very hard each and every day to provide our users with the utmost gaming experience, and are trying to solve the various bugs that exist/are born in the game. We ask for your patience and understanding, as we are trying our best to get everything fixed ASAP :)
That being said, what bugs existed last week that are now gone? Let’s take a look!
In-game digital asset exchange bug fixed
The first biggest bug we fixed was the error users have been facing with the in-game digital asset exchange. Many users have reported that they received various errors when trying to buy/sell NFTs, and also there were some users that claimed they did not receive the appropriate item/EOS amount. We have since fixed these issues and although there may still be some minor errors here and there, the major bugs with the transaction exchange are exterminated. If you are still facing errors, please update to the latest version, and if that does not fixed the problem, please send us a ticket via email at darktown@itam.games.
Signup and login updates (infinite login fixed)
Furthermore, we made some big updates with the signup and login process, as well as fixed some bugs with the procedure as well. Most importantly, the infinite login that several users were facing was patched, and a simple update to the latest versions of the ITAM Store and DarkTown should fix the problem.
Character selection error
In addition, there were a select few users that had the issue of not being able to access their character selections. This error was rooted with an overlapping data input of the skins distributed from a previous event, and have since been fixed. If you cannot access your character(s), please update to the latest version of the game and ITAM Store, and try again. If you still face the same problem, shoot us an email ticket at darktown@itam.games.
Account Security Enhanced
Also, additional account security updates were implemented. Security is of key importance to ITAM Games, and we strive to provide the utmost security for all of our users as well. With the implementation of account security enhancement, users can more safely use ITAM Games services.
New Skin Incorporations
And finally, updates to allow new skins of DarkTown were made. A few new skins were made specifically for events, and more are expected to follow soon. An update that allows these new skins was made on DarkTown.
Other than the above bug fixes and service updates, there were several minor bugs exterminated as well as many smaller updates. We at ITAM Games are continuously working to catch more bugs and bring the best service possible.
Conclusion
We realize that there are other bugs that needs to be fixed, and are working very hard to get it all solved.
