As you can tell by the title of this update, we have a new name for this project: TravelPage. Gavin Dinubilo and Jeremy Maluf and I are super excited to launch, as we have been making a ton of iterative progress over the past 5 days.

While there is still a lot of work to be done (dev, design, marketing, etc.), we are nearly at a point where we can onboard some early users.

Here is the current state of the profile page:

We are using an API to automatically pull the images based off of the location entered in the log travel form. For now, we are using this grid view but we will soon add multiple views for people to see their travel history.

And the “add log item form”

We also launched an early access form:

We will likely be onboarding users by the end of the week.

Next on the slate:

  • Datepicker (and clean up the date object)
  • Stylized cards on the profile page
  • Profile images
  • Buy domain, twitter account, emails, etc.

Next Next on the Slate

  • Twitter login
  • Social sharing
  • much much more!
