What makes ithinki different to Trello?

Trello boards are a great all-around workflow board (we used a Trello board for our previous startup). However when it comes to maximising the features needed to best perform user feedback gathering and management we’ve added so far:

  • Public voting & commenting (to massively improve user feedback engagement)
  • De-duplication/ filtering (to help manage similar feedback requests)
  • Fine-grain control over what is public/ private (allowing internal company feedback on the same board, as well as internal discussion on public feedback)
  • Much greater customisation (to make your companies board match your branding)

Our focus is on helping build the best user feedback tool for you, so any suggestions that will help make your ‘user feedback’ life easier just let us know or add to our own feedback board found at https://ithinki.ithinki.io/b/feedback

How do I customise my board?

We are still in the early stages and have a lot more work to do so this will become friendlier! If you click the board settings button next to your icon on the top right of the header you’ll see some options.

You can use links to your icons and favicons or a background image. Solid colours also work in the primary and secondary colour fields, i.e. type “black” or enter a colour code in the primary colour box to change the header. You can also toggle “dark mode” on and off to change the colour of the buttons in the header.

If you would like more sophisticated branding please get in touch at support@ithinki.io and we’d be more than happy to help you.
