What I Think of Japanese

I sometimes think that Japanese are the most incredible people in the world, though I don’t have much experience getting along with Japanese. When I was a teenager, I was quite obsessed with J-pop, and I remember that my favorite pastime were reading manga, listening to J-pop songs, and watching Japanese drama or TV programs. I was so amazed by their culture and creativity. I even thought that I should take Japanese as my major when I go to college, so I could know more about Japan. Maybe I had some unrealistic imagination about Japan that time, but I always think it is reasonable to like Japan or Japanese. For me, the reason why I like Japan is that Japanese are always serious to everything they do, and they do well. But I occasionally hear people say that it is wonderful if you travel to Japan, but it is awful if you live in Japan, because Japanese are just too serious and sensitive, and most of them are actually under great pressure every day. Well, I am glad that at least I can be a happy traveller in Japan.
