On Liberals and Their “Both-Sides” Nonsense

You see with liberals everything is up for debate. That includes your economic rights and your basic rights in society. And the more people included in said debate the better. That makes your slavery, ahem, your position in society democratic, see? Everyone’s ideas are of equal weight and equal value, no matter how many times this narrative is proven false.

And we are going for quantity over quality, understand? We’ll have a giant auction and invite every Tom, Dick, and Harry and their dog to attend. Every fool, every gormless nitwit will have his day and participate in the Great Debate to determine which rights are auctioned.

Fair and democratic, just like our elections. No one will complain, right? Why are liberals even beating around the bush? They make it seem so simple when it comes to vulnerable groups of no relation to themselves.

Crypto-fascists threatening your life, your family? Do they stalk you and hound you? Just have a powwow with these fellas at one of their rallies or the next C-PAC. Sure they angrily shout, “Blood & Soil!” However, they dress so smart and look quite dapper. Cis white liberals pose selfies with far-right individuals all the time and on their own turf, no less! They are all smiles in a loving embrace. Why can’t people with less privilege and status do the same? Why do people of different ethnicities avoid white supremacists like the plague? Why can’t the targets of their hate campaigns dig deep and embrace their ideological opponents?

Do some of these liberals fancy themselves as the Goddess of Justice, the ultimate, inviolable de facto arbitor? Their history is a long slog through a sea of innocent, human blood. They cozy up to fascists and tear down leftists. That is their progress. That is their justice. Watch them glut as they play the martyr.
