Africa is the land of all beauty, divine, purity, nature and adventure, it the only continent where you can experience life in 360.

In January, Cape Town and the Garden Route are dry. Unlike the safari areas in the northern parts of South Africa the Kruger National Park, Madikwe Private Game Reserve and Phinda Private Game Reserve that are rainy in this month.

The Seychelles best islands are located outside the regional cyclone zone, meaning they enjoy balmy weather and only an occasional short-lived afternoon thundershower in February.

Booking

It’s the land of the honeymooners and romantics, some of the world’s most beautiful beaches are to be found in Seychelles. If you are planning a special occasion, don’t leave it to the last minute to secure a suite with a private pool, sun-drenched deck and views of the opalescent Indian Ocean.

From October to April, Whale sharks migrate along the Kenyan and Tanzanian. By February, the stragglers have caught up with the front-runners and numbers are generally at their highest.

Booking

More and more divers are seeking out the incredible experience of diving with these creatures that are as large as they are gentle. The best places to stay are small and intimate, so accommodation can fill up fast. If this is on your bucket list, book as soon as you can to catch the best weather and avoid disappointment.

March

Southern Serengeti | Tanzania

Season: High Summer | Average Temperature of 23 C 73 F

Experience

Experience the Wildebeest Migration as they begin to move northwards.

Season Details

By March, the thousands of babies that ‘dropped’ in January and February are strong enough to join their parents on their trans-savannah trek. It is also Green Season in Tanzania, meaning low rates and low visitor numbers but high opportunities for photographers.

Booking

If you find you can travel at the last minute, enquire about a Serengeti safari as availability is generally good. Like the Sabi Sands though, the park may fill up with self-drivers and local families if the Easter holidays fall in March rather than April.
