This is the first article of “A 15-Year-Old’s Take On” series. I’ll be publishing one article a day for the next 15 days (March 1–March 15).

I’ll be turning 16 on March 16 and I just want to document how I feel or think about certain topics (at this age). And maybe just reflect on them in the future. Enjoy! ☺️❤️

Writer’s Block is hands down the easiest victim for our mood to not want to write.

The irony is that I’m feeling the same while writing this article.

Apparently.

But what’s interesting is that that might not be the case, at all!

Yes, writer’s block can be a real thing. But most of the time, it’s not. As far as I’ve felt it; saying from a personal experience.

It’s not very different from other excuses that we keep giving ourselves when we don’t want to write—that sounds like we can’t write. Not at that moment.

It so happens that ‘writer’s block’ is the easiest and most convincing prey of them all.

“I don’t want to write; I want to binge-watch that new Netflix series or go out with friends and refresh a little bit” is not as convincing of a reason to our brains as “I just can’t
