The African Development Bank reports that 2 out of every 3 African graduates remain steadily unemployed after graduation due to many factors amongst which are — African’s ever increasing skills gap, the lack of competences and character required by employers in the job market and the challenge of finding the right local talent on time at reduced cost.

We acknowledge that creating investor-ready startups require a fully integrated team with the right skill set and competences. That is why we are focused on capacity development by facilitating access to talent development programs, partnering with established training institute and industry experts to organize online intensive training, onsite immersive workshops for individuals (founders, developers or tech startup employees).

We are a Lagos-based community of young industry experts working to close the industry skills gap by helping young talents acquire relevant skills that qualify them for immediate gainful employment or position them to participate in the high-growth global freelancing marketplace.

What to expect from us:

1: Fun friendship (via our community) — where everyone assist everyone on different projects, knowledge sharing and the meetups.

2: The skilled individuals would receive projects to deliver and earn additional income.

3: For those not skilled enough yet, you would have access to tools, people, and resources to develop your skills within 6–12 months.
