Water Garden II

In a water garden, arisen as a dream,
Echoes of a memory, like a fleeting gleam.
Detached fountains lean in, eager and free,
As the warm sky shares a trace of glee.

Carefree birds take flight, into dream’s night,
Awaiting serenity’s call, with all their might.
Weird flowers ponder, unruly light,
As the sun keeps waiting in delight.

When did the phoenix come to play?
He’s the same bird, awoken in yesterday.
Time has flown, oh so fast!
A port beckoning, he’s come at last.

Everything now is poised and reset,
Wind chases wind, as if in destiny’s duet.
Before the melancholy begins to soar,
Find their passion, find their shore.

Water Garden

In a water garden, still as glass
Echoes of a memory, like a fleeting flash
Neat trees lean in, eager and free
As the quiet sunset shares a tale with glee

Merry birds take flight, into the night
Awaiting dawn’s call, with all their might
Weird trees ponder, unruly light
As the tranquil square keeps watch tonight

When will the phoenix come to play
Is it the same bird, lost in yesterday
Time has flown, oh so fast
But wait for him, he’ll come at last

Everything now is calm and still
Time freezes time, as if by will
Before the dreams begin to soar
Find their purpose, find their shore
