Mini Project 3: Scroll Bar and 3D Camera Tracking in After Effects

This is the final video with a shadow.

This is the first iteration with spinning in 3D space, but creating a shadow under the piece of toast that followed the spinning proved to be quite difficult!

Process

1. First I took video footage. The first piece of footage I tried to use did not have enough movement, so Ae would not create a 3D tracker. I ended up using lower quality footage than I wanted to so the camera would track properly. If I were to do this again, I would try finding a happy medium between really high quality footage and shaky footage to create a better final product.
