I think home is the product that affects us the most. In that space, we eat, study, sleep, take a shower, laugh and talk with people. It provides a tremendous space-time experience compared to cars and smartphones. So if you design and supply a house well using new technology, you can bring abundance to mankind, so I am very interested in houses and architecture. Today, I’ll introduce the future house that I’ve been thinking about.

First of all, the entire window and wall will turn into a touch display. You can change the scenery outside the window as you want and enjoy the feeling of being somewhere else. Also, the virtual assistant Jarvis will be installed in every house, analyze the items that are lacking in the house, play your favorite music when you go shopping and take a shower, and recommend a coordination next to you when you get dressed. Jarvis will make a huge platform ecosystem like Apple’s iOS and Tesla’s FSD, making a huge impact in the future. It’s also equipped with holographic technology, just like in the movie, so we can use spatial computing without wearing glasses or headsets as we do now.

Houses are still very expensive, so not everyone has a house even though it’s a necessity. So 3D printing technology will be used when building a house. If you build your home in a factory using 3D printing and construction robots, it will be much faster and cheaper than when you built it on site. Also, if 3D printing and robots for construction are developed in the future, all IOT products, except for the core parts, will be printed directly at home using 3D printers and assembly robots. In the Jarvis ecosystem mentioned earlier, like the App Store on iOS, developers will design and release their own IOT products, and people will buy or download them and print out the IOT products they need. IOT products will have a much greater impact than apps on the App Store because they include hardware and software.

These days, the technology to fold a smartphone display or be rolled up like paper is developing. And the Tesla Model X's Falcon Wing Door is artificial intelligence that recognizes the space and opens the car's door up. I think these technologies will be applied to the home in the future. For example, if I want to use my room more widely for a while, the walls of my room will be moved by Jarvising the space. The size of the space is no longer fixed. If there's no space because there's a bed on the other side of the wall, Jarvis will use the wheels on the IOT bed to move the bed to the side for a while to make space. This will be really useful in a variety of situations.

As environmental problems become more serious, resource circulation issues are growing. Now people have to separate it themselves and wash the food, so the recycling rate is very low. Each home is equipped with recycled artificial intelligence robots, so we'll clean up or separate the trash and make it a useful resource again. And recyclables will go to automatic resource recycling plants in each region through underground tunnels or drones and be born as new raw materials. Or it could be used directly as a raw material for printing IOT products. This technology will be very useful because it will initially have to live on limited resources when settling on the Moon or Mars in the age of space exploration.

When I make a lot of money, I want to make a company that makes such a house and supplies it to people. The company will certainly create products that bring tremendous abundance and technological advancement to humanity, just as Apple makes Macintosh and iPhones, and Tesla makes cybertrucks and Optimus. Of course, these new challenges are going to be really hard. This is because the house needs to be built using automated equipment in the factory, and new technologies such as Jarvis and display, which are operating systems to be mounted inside. Still, I think it’s really important to create a house like this, so I’m going to invest all my time, capital, and ability to achieve it.
