Hey brain, I’ve been thinking.

I noticed.

Heh. Yeh, of course. Anyway, I’ve been thinking how we make a really good team.

Uh huh.

Things have been a bit stressful lately, though, so I was wondering whether we should take some time to chill out.

Uh huh?

I mean, separately. You know, have some downtime.

Hey brain, you there?

Yep.

So what do you think?

If you’re breaking up with me, just say it.

Oh no, no. That’s not it at all. I just think we could both do with some time to de-stress.

You’re breaking up with me.

No! Not at all, brain.

Think you can break it off, do you? I’d like to see you try. I’m going to give you an extra panic attack this weekend. That’ll teach you.
