Three Employee New Year’s Resolutions For 2016

2016 has started which means it’s time for New Year’s Resolutions. I actually have a few resolutions that I’d like to propose for employees this year. Today is actually a very special Future in 5 episode, because it is episode 100! So first I wanted to say thank you for taking this journey with me, I had no idea if people would watch these videos, but they have turned out to be quite popular and started many interesting discussions and debates, so thank you you again.

So on to the three new year’s resolutions for employees in 2016!

The first resolution is to speak up inside of your organization. Many times when employees are frustrated and unhappy with something they tend to keep it to themselves. Resolution number two is to think like an entrepreneur, but inside your company as an “intrapreneur.” The third resolution is to take charge of your own education and talent development. We cannot rely on educational institutions or on our organizations to give all of the necessary educational content that is needed to develop professionally and personally. All three resolutions will help to make 2016 your best year of work yet!

I talk about this more in the video below. Leave a comment below and you can subscribe to the YouTube channel for more videos if interested.
