This episode of the Future In 5 I talk about a very important topic — taking time away from work. There have been a lot of recent articles on how companies are over-working employees and, in essence, destroying their lives. I think all of us could use time away from being connected, being away from the computer, etc. I believe it is really important for us to take some time for ourselves. It gives us a chance to recharge, inspires creativity, and we come back with much more enthusiasm and ideas. So, let’s all remember to take some time away to “enjoy the finer things in life!” What do you do to take a break from work so that you don’t feel overwhelmed and burned out? Tune in and leave me your comments below!
