You must make your mind health a priority.
Many underestimate the value of setting boundaries. It helps people to find the door. You always have a choice on who you let in.
Doing things which improve your inner peace involve distancing yourself from drama.
You can still say ‘no’ and be a good human.
Self care is self respect.
