It’s a social project that connects game enthusiasts with exciting real-life challenges, creating new friendships and unforgettable moments every day. Inspired by the need for genuine connections amid increasing digital isolation, Enrico Scognamillo has crafted a platform using PHP/Laravel, React/Vue, and Flutter.
The focus on a responsive, modular design ensures scalability and a top-notch user experience. Challenges lie in attracting early users during the startup phase, but Enrico’s passion for technology, particularly AI, fuels the drive.
Balancing personal, professional, and startup commitments, Enrico thrives on minimal sleep. The plan? Launch an MVP, secure seed funding, and build a dedicated team for the exciting journey ahead.

🌐 Elina Chifeac, Project Assistant, 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬 𝟒 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 — 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧.
Elina’s multilingual prowess has shaped a remarkable professional journey. Proficient in English, she secured a US job and a Croatian internship, later excelling in a multinational French company, ultimately leading her to her current role at Jagaad, a position she absolutely loves. Her Italian fluency eased her move from Moldova to Italy, simplifying paperwork and fostering connections. Fluent in Russian, Elina secured an Italian internship and her first job there. Currently learning German, she anticipates more opportunities. In today’s norm of multilingualism, even her 7-year-old is fluent in three languages, highlighting the impact of linguistic diversity.

Starting with a childhood curiosity about IT, Salih’s journey led him from robotics and mechanisms to the world of Mechanical Engineering at a top Turkish university. Despite a successful career, he found his true passion lay in coding, making a seamless transition to FE development. Salih’s mechanical engineering background endowed him with essential soft skills — daily problem-solving, effective communication, and efficient time management. Michelle, a PM enthusiast, started a blog fueled by her love for the subject. “I love teaching project management,” she said. Using AI tools, she balanced her blog with work, dedicating an hour post-office hours.
Her blog targeted beginners, aiming to make projectmanagement accessible to all. “It’s not just for the corporate; it’s for life!” Michelle gained insights by addressing real-life scenarios from readers.

Davide’s dream of owning a bed and breakfast is becoming a reality. Motivated by personal experiences, he designs the space to address issues he encountered in other buildings, aiming to provide the best welcome. For Davide, this venture is about creating opportunities and offering a competitive service through automations and AI.
Dreaming of a technology-friendly experience, Davide plans for full automation, allowing guests to control the room via Amazon Echo Hub.
The project isn’t just a construction; it’s a learning experience. Davide finds joy in deciding designs, choosing materials, and connecting devices. The process of shooting in photography differs from that of development or most art. In photography, the art is already present; there’s no need to create it. While this unique perspective hasn’t drastically altered Andrea’s journey in development, it has fostered a deep appreciation for the accomplishments of fellow developers and designers.

Carla’s journey has taken her to 5 countries, and she spent the past 8 years thriving in London after pursuing her MSc in Sustainable Heritage Management at UCL in 2015. With diverse experience spanning non-profits, education, consultancy, and even projects in the UAE, Carla’s passion for understanding people, their cultures, and ways of thinking shines through. She’s not just about work; Carla enjoys pilates, belly dancing, and the simple pleasure of cat-sitting.

Antonio started biking because he wanted a break from computers and routines. He prefers road cycling for its freedom and fun.
Biking is now a part of Antonio’s daily routine, rain or shine. He proudly rides indoors and outdoors, seeing biking as a way to achieve personal goals and enjoy the journey.
Looking ahead, Antonio wants to conquer famous biking routes like Passo dello Stelvio and Mont Ventoux. His love for biking isn’t just about reaching high places; it’s also about living an active, exciting life beyond screens.

Influenced by his own mentorship experience, Kenneth believes in the reciprocal nature of teaching, strengthening his own knowledge while staying updated with industry trends.
Kenneth’s continuous learning involves explaining concepts to others, providing a constant challenge to explore new methods. He assesses knowledge levels with quick tests and tailors his training accordingly.
One notable success involves training a developer from secondary school, covering basic computer science to FE development, GIT, JavaScript, Vue.js, testing, Jira, Confluence, Docker, and more. 💛 Igor Kazmin, 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞
Meet Igor, a dedicated volunteer making a significant impact in Ukraine. Initially involved in small tasks like fundraising and tenders, Igor and his mates have now taken on the responsibility of leading a large team of 70–100 people. Their collective efforts resulted in winning a substantial $1,500,000 grant from the World Food Program.
This grant aims to distribute food packages for a year, benefiting over 100,000 people in a part of the Donetsk region. Igor’s commitment to implementing this project showcases the power of community-driven initiatives and the positive change that can be achieved through volunteer efforts.
