Local Political leaders shows their Overwhelming support for Cauvery calling.

As our awareness campaign started in various districts and villages of TamilNadu , the local political parties and leaders also showed their overwhelming support for Cauverycalling.

One such incident was when the CEO of DMC Automotives and also political leaders from that region joined us to show their suppport for cauvery calling . There hospitality was overwhelming and they even hosted us in their place for the few days we were there in that district.

It was very nice to see how they revere Sadhguru and their believe in this vision of saving cauvery river . When i was just interacting with some of the youth about what they know about Agroforestry some of them said they were from farming communities but they have never heard of Agroforestry as big business or revenue model and after i explained to them what Agroforestry is all about and what consequences it can bring in for our environment they were all enthusiastic and some of them also also gave their names for volunteering . ]

Cauvery Calling is a campaign to support farmers in planting 242 crore trees and save Cauvery. This will increase water retention in the basin, while improving the income of farmers five-fold. #CauveryCalling
