What is Rainmeter?
Rainmeter is a tool that allows you to customize your desktop for free, with audio visualizers, clocks, launchers, and more! Rainmeter can help your desktop look amazing!
Rainmeter is not released for non-windows systems. There are no plans to support these operating systems.
To start, make sure that you are on Windows 7 or above.
Then, go to rainmeter.net and click “Download Final”.
When the “.exe” file is done downloading, run the file.
Click Standard Installation, and Install. Keep Launch Rainmeter on startup checked. Then click Finish, and Rainmeter is installed!
You may see some skins that came with Rainmeter. To close them, right click on them and click “Unload Skin”
For your desktop to look amazing, consider hiding everything on your desktop. To do this, right click on your desktop and hover over view. Then click the checkbox “Show desktop Icons”.
