The Habit Tracking App I’m Using

A Habit (as defined by Google) is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. I would go even further as to describe habits as the regular behaviors that define our lives.

Everyone has habits, but not everyone is aware of what their habits are. Many people are trying to get rid of bad habits, not nearly as many are working on developing good ones.

Right now I’m tracking my habits using an app called Productive and it seems to be working really well. It helps me hold myself accountable to doing the things that help me be the best version of myself that I can be like writing in my journal, meditating, and exercising. The app also has a cool stats feature that tells me the total number of times I have completed each habit along with my weekly average, monthly average, and current streak which is extremely useful.

You can download the Productive app by clicking on the link below. There’s a free version but I upgraded to the premium version for $3.99 and it was totally worth it.
