Hello! We (Lars and Gilbert) live together in this beautiful three-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Our third roommate no longer needs a physical dwelling space, so we’ve started the search for his replacement.
The building owner disappeared under mysterious circumstances recently, so in a way, it’s rent-capped at $1,000. You’d be hard-pressed to find a deal this good in today’s economy.
About the area
There are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The neighborhood is very safe and has limited surveillance cameras on the street. You can do nearly anything you want without other people knowing.
About the room/apartment
Our open room is about 10 ft x 10 ft and only vaguely smells of bleach. One wonderful feature of the room is the walk-in closet, which is about five-foot eleven in length. The room is completely sound-proof.
