This week theme is — interviews! But it is not the only thing we did, so hop in and let's go over everything we`ve done!

Exchange

For the past couple of weeks, we have been busy with the private key management, and now we finally finished our part, so now the rest is in the hands of our developers in Vietnam.

In the meantime, we implemented the revenue distribution to distribute the fees collected from the platform amogn all the token holders!

Terms of Use for the Jarvis Exchange finally have been drafted and sent to the lawyers for the check-up, now we wait for their review.

Wallet

ETHworks keep working on the wallet, fixing bugs along the way. This week they implemented the ENS transaction support, so now you can send crypto to non-cryptic address. You can try it out yourself if you follow this link.

Business

Now let's get to the “juicy” part of the newsletter!:)

The whole week we’ve been doing non-technical interviews to short-list people, so next week will be dedicated to the technical ones with a few “chosen” developers. The whole process is super time-consuming, therefore for the future reference we are thinking of doing fully automated technical interviews where a person would answer all sorts of questions, and if everything is done the right way, we would conduct non-technical one to see the proficiency of the person. However, we understand that this system is not perfect either, as it may “filter” too much, and deny people with great motivation and learning capabilities but not the best skills at that moment. The whole process took quite a bit of our time, but it helped us to “sharpen” our narrative and representation of the project to the “unaware” people. We also got additional validation, as interviewees were quite excited about what we are building!

We also started to work on the help centre (aka knowledge base), this week we did a research on which solution would fit most of our needs (Zendesk, Zoho, Intercom, etc.). At the same time, we are preparing a list of questions for the FAQ. We have asked our community to “join forces” with us and help us out with coming up with all the possible questions that have to be answered about the project. If you want to contribute we have spreadsheets for English and French, we welcome anyone who wants to help:)

Last but not least, Pascal’s presence on Twitter starts to pay off a bit. We started to interact waaaay more with the key people in DeFi community. To top is off, Pascal had an interesting interview with Camila Russo from “The Defiant”, and it was published this Friday (you can read it here). We also started a direct talk with ENS to publish our application on their website, so people would start to see our name and associate our wallet with ENS. Another cool thing - Trust Wallet followed back Pascal, the cool part is that they follow around 200 accounts:)

This is all for today, it’s not much but it is honest work.

Vsevolod.
