Summer is almost over, which means only one thing for us — Beta release is near. Before we do so let us update you on the recent achievements and work done within the project.

Exchange

Let’s start with some positive news! Our Vietnamese developers are doing a great job after the discussion we had with them 2 weeks ago, and are catching up that 5 weeks delay at a high pace. This week Stop Loss and Take Profit became fully functional! You can see our SL being touched on the picture below! It is the very first time we were happy to see so many SL being hit. For the anecdote, we took many trades with very tight SL to test if everything was working, but we were “unlucky” and no SL was touched for more than 10 minutes, even with a 1 pip stop loss…

There are still some work to be done, among them “Margin Call” functions (what happens when your margin is at zero), the Deposit/Withdrawal button (after a successful deposit, the button remains disabled so if you want to make a second deposit you need to reload the page), and the “Data Center” info (some data are still not calculated accurately like average win, total amount deposited, etc).

Also, browsers like Firefox and Safari have display issues which have to be addressed before we can go into open Beta. To be exact, Firefox has a bug with fond — its all in bold for some reason. Safari has a problem with some margin (not margin trading… the margin between two UI elements).

When all of this will be finished, we will do a full test of all the features, and see for mistakes. Hopefully, it will not be the case (new bugs appearing), so we can open testnet for the people to try.

Wallet

Regarding the wallet, we have good and bad news. The good news — we most probably will be able to respect the deadline for august to start showcasing it in Berlin, so people would start hearing about us in the industry. The bad news — due to the lack of time, and to respect this deadline, the wallet will be on a “very alpha version”, without our final design and without our final onboarding. We are not pleased with such an unfortunate turn of events, but it is a part of the “game”, and there is nothing we can do about it.

Meanwhile, our in-house developers keep working with Flutter and reaching milestones. The next one is set up for the 8th of August: the full navigation system (which is quite unique) and some technical stuff called continuous integration.

On a side note — Did you know that Apple bans any application that encompasses something looking like an App store? — We discovered it last week. Apple already threatened several wallets like TrustWallet (wallet made by Binance) to remove its Dapp store since it looks like an AppStore. As you can guess our DApps store looked like one as well, so we have to come up with a new design and new ideas for the iOS version. We quite displeased with such “news”, as what we have done looks great *angrily rants about Apple*! Android user will still be able to enjoy it though. Thank you, Apple.

Business

Since we are getting close to launch, we decided to get back in touch with our former partners and people we spoke throughout the year. Such partnerships are strategic as they will greatly enhance “Jarvis experience”. For example, we have a fiat gateway solution, so you can easily acquire DAI for your trading needs. We also partnered with several wallets for those of you who do not like to move your funds around. It will also increase the potential user base (for obvious reasons). All in all, we finally starting connecting with our “friends”.

This is all for today. Stay tuned for more, and see you next week!

Vsevolod.
