AM PM Meridian Time Picker for ExtJS and Netzke

I really didn’t like the default time picker for ExtJS. I think it’s easier to type in the specific time vs picking from a long list of options in a combobox/dropdown. Modifying a custom time component in the Netzke framework, I was able to get it working.
