Introducing Review: The Passengers’ Companion

As an evolving tech start-up, we at Jatri are taking small steps today to create a big impact tomorrow. Up until now, we focused on consumer pain points such as waiting at bus stands, the uncertainty of bus arrivals and multitasking on the go. By being consistently invested in the convenience of the commuters, we are perfecting our product as much as we can. And in this series of product progress comes in our latest implementation- Jatri Review.

What is Review, you ask?

You can use the review option to submit your feedback regarding your trip.

Till today, we only focused on what happens before the customer enters the bus. But now, we’re taking it a step further. From our research, we noticed that customers face a lot of hassles on the bus and there are no repercussions of the misdemeanors done by the bus driver or conductor. Furthermore, there aren’t any authorities to complain to when necessary.

‘Review’ in Jatri is pretty self-explanatory. It provides the opportunity for users to provide feedback on their experience in the bus-both good and bad. They can also complain about issues such as:

  1. Ride ID is unavailable
  2. The helper doesn’t accept digital payment
  3. Digital payment doesn’t work
  4. Others

By clicking on “Other”, commuters can share details of any relevant issues they faced in the bus. They can also add pictures as proof using the attachments option. This data will directly be sent to bus operators, urging them to investigate and provide necessary solutions.

Commuters can also share any other problem they face on-the-go along with proof and evidence on the app. Jatri Review will be applicable to our entire fleet of buses, making help reachable to all.

We aim to enhance the overall commute experience. In the long term, Review will help bus owners identify the key issues of their bus and provide guidance for solving them. It will also enable us to improve our product as per the commuters’ needs and demands. We can do so only by receiving an adequate amount of feedback from our users- emphasizing the need for Jatri Review.

In short, Jatri Review will connect the customers to the service providers. It will bridge the gap between the owners and the commuters, thus accelerating the progress of commuting a long way.
