This past week, the Jax.Network team had the privilege of attending the 2020 Future Blockchain Summit in Dubai. The team’s purpose there was not only to set up and man our very own booth, but also to communicate the benefits of our technology and gather information from other projects in the same field.

Not only was the Jax.Network team there, but we also brought along one of the winners of the Eighth Blockchain Hackathon, the ElephantLab team. We are excited to how we may cross paths in the future with such bright minds.

The Future Blockchain Summit ran from December 6th to December 9th, and was hosted alongside the GITEX tech event at the Dubai World Trade Centre, which itself ran from the 6th to the 10th of December.

The excitement of the Jax.Network team was felt throughout the event, as members of our core team as well as our PR/Marketing team mingled with conference-goers in an exchange of ideas befitting a tech conference in Dubai.

Listeners were very interested to hear about our protocol and proposed solution to the blockchain scalability trilemma which not only exponentially increases the amount of transactions our network can handle but also the stable nature of our native currency.

Naturally there were some skeptics who doubted Jax.Network’s claims. After all, it is a massive undertaking to solve a persistent underlying issue in blockchain technology and bring it to mass mainstream use. But our core team, including Vinod Manoharan, Lucas Leger, Dima Chizhevsky, Taras Emelyanenko and Iurii Shyshatskyi were able to quickly quell those doubts as they thoroughly explained how the Jax.Network protocol worked.

The team was proud to stand behind the protocol that they had worked on for the past two years. Nevertheless, the question of the adoption of the network was still very much in the air. Of course, the team did have to tend to questions such as “How is your coin different from Bitcoin?” and “Is your network going to replace Ethereum?” These were difficult questions that nobody can answer with 100% certainty, but we were able to give very comprehensive, realistic and plausible answers about how Jax.Network blockchain can gain mass adoption.

Currently, the Jax.Network team is close to finalizing our blockchain’s Proof of Concept, where our protocol will be tested and stress-tested to ensure its strength, effectiveness, and viability. We hope to complete this stage of development before our next blockchain or crypto event in order to present our results to attendees and potential investors. We are certain that once we have our Proof of Concept ready, raising the amount of money needed to achieve the project’s goals will not be a matter of if, but when.

We hope to attend many more blockchain events around the world in order to reach out to as many people as possible, as well as to meet as many of our project’s supporters.

Community is perhaps the most important part of any decentralized network, which is why supporters like you matter so much to us. Expect to see the Jax.Network team globally in the upcoming year. Big things are right around the corner in 2021!
