Jax.Network at the 9th BlockchainUA conference in Kyiv

Jax.Network had the honor to co-organize the 9th BlockchainUA conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, that took place on May 19, 2021. Our CTO and Chief Economist had a chance to speak on the Technical and Product stages correspondingly. The audience welcomed our team members warmly and showed a great interest in our protocol.
BlockchainUA became the first and biggest blockchain event in Ukraine after a strict quarantine. Everybody was excited to finally gather offline and spend some quality time at the conference. Speakers, who weren’t able to visit the conference personally, joined us online. On top of that, everybody could watch the livestream from all three stages (Product, Technical, and Investment & Legal) on the Youtube channel.
Our Chief Economist, Lucas Leger, was among the first speakers of the conference and outlined the economic side of our protocol, including the reasons for burning Bitcoins. A couple of hours later, our CTO, Taras Emelyanenko, talked about the CAP theorem in the blockchain system and gave away branded gifts to the attendees, who asked a lot of cool questions and actively participated in the discussion. He also took part in the panel discussion of Layer 2 solutions with a focus on Ethereum.
A professional photographer at the remarkable photo zone welcomed all the participants of the conference. People could take pictures there and pick printed copies up at our stand. By the way, you can find the link with all the pictures in our Telegram chat and on our Facebook page.
At our booth, we were pleased to meet many representatives of the blockchain community. We answered all their questions, found valuable contacts for future partnerships, and distributed lots of branded gifts. We hope these small gifts will come in handy to our friends and help them stay healthy during pandemic times.
Our team thanks Distributed Lab for co-organizing such a great event and giving everybody a chance to finally meet each other offline. We hope that this is not the last offline blockchain conference in Ukraine this year, and we will have more opportunities to engage with the blockchain community.
