Jax.Network issues WJXN tokens

Jax.Network officially announces the issuance of Wrapped JAXNET (WJXN) tokens. These tokens will be swapped to JAXNET (JXN) tokens once our Main Network goes live. Until then, if your WJXN tokens are not locked, you will be able to trade them on decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc.
Please note that WJXN is backed at a 1:1 rate with the MainNet beacon JXN token. We issue two types of WJXN tokens, namely locked and unlocked. The latter is issued to the general public and doesn’t have any restrictions in terms of moving tokens. It means that you can sell them whenever you want. Locked WJXN tokens were issued to the Jax.Network team during our private pre-sale and to be vested over a certain period based on the terms at which they were sold. It means that holders of locked WJXN can’t do anything with the tokens until they get unlocked, including selling, staking, etc.
During the first phase of our sale, we offer you to buy tokens at the price of $0.77 per coin. Once all 2 mln of coins assigned for this round are sold, the next phase, where 4 mln coins are to be distributed, begins at the price of $0.87. And finally, we’ll issue 10 mln coins at the price of $0.97 during the last phase of our public sale.
As you can see from the tables above, the total number of pre-mined coins is 40,002,163.65. If some of the coins aren’t sold during the public sale, we will burn them.
Jax.Network is responsible for swapping unlocked WJXN to JXN anytime you want after we launch our MainNet. However, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that tokens are safe until then. Our company should not be held liable for any private key losses. WJXN coins are Wrapped JXN coins which allow us to organize our token sale before our MainNet goes live. WJXN tokens are issued at a fixed price that varies according to the phase of the token sale. You can sell unlocked WJXN tokens on decentralized exchanges, namely Uniswap and PancakeSwap.
5. How and when can I swap them?
About a month after we launch our network, you can swap unlocked WJXN to JXN through a bridge that we will set up or ask us to swap your tokens manually by reaching out to us.
6. Why are some of the tokens locked?
As some of our pre-mined tokens are issued to the Jax.Network team and some sold at a discounted price, we had to introduce a lock-in period for these tokens to save JXN from being dumped, once we get listed on exchanges.
7. Will you list WJXN on other exchanges?
WJXN tokens will only be listed on Uniswap and PancakeSwap and some launch pads. However, MainNet JXN tokens will eventually be listed on all exchanges.
8. How can I know which is an authentic WJXN contract?
You can check the address of the official contract at any time. We will not change the address of the contracts.

9. Can I use WJXN for anything except HODLing JXN?
At the moment, you can only use WJXN for HODLing and trading.
10. Can I stake WJXN in Jax.Network transfer hubs?
The locked WJXN can’t be staked, however, this is possible for the unlocked WJXN once they are swapped to MainNet JXN tokens. You can then take a DeFi loan in JAX coins and stake them to earn rewards.
11. I got scammed with counterfeit WJXN coins. Can you help me?

13. How can I make money with WJXN?
By buying WJXN at an early stage of the public sale, you get coins at the lowest price and can sell them in the future to get a high ROI. However, we recommend you to HOLD our tokens for at least 2 years in order to get good returns as we are a project with long-term goals.
14. Will WJXN exist forever?
No. WJXN tokens will be swapped to MainNet JXN and eventually eliminated from circulation.
