Jacksonville seeks first win in Chattanooga
The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp continue their 10-game road trip with the fourth game of a five-game series Thursday against the Chattanooga Lookouts, Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, at AT&T Field at 7:15 p.m.
On Wednesday, Chattanooga hit four home runs in a 12–4 win, scored a pair of sixth-inning runs to take a 3–2 victory, and swept the doubleheader from the Jumbo Shrimp.

On Thursday night, Jumbo Shrimp right-hander Nick Neidert (1–0, 5.19 ERA) makes his third start, opposed by Chattanooga right-hander Randy LeBlanc (1–1, 2.70 ERA).
Earlier Thursday, the Miami Marlins recalled right-hander Merandy Gonzalez from Jacksonville, making him the first Jumbo Shrimp this season to be promoted to the major leagues from the Double-A affiliate’s roster. Below is the release on Gonzalez’s call up.
