Jaycon Systems welcomes 6 new interns who will be gaining valuable skills through project-based learning activities and collaboration. The 2015 Jaycon Systems Summer Internship Program brings together talented young minds who come from as close as the Sunshine State and from places as far as China and Brazil.
The projects include electronics design and manufacturing, supply chain management, and product life cycle development. From printed circuit board assembly, to quality process learning and procedure development, interns are getting real-life engineering and high-tech skills that are resume builders.
Jaycon Systems’ goal is to develop future staff by providing ongoing internship and apprenticeship programs. Eventually, the company wants to expand its outreach to include developing teenager talent as well as returning retired expertise to “workspace” here on America’s Space Coast.
