One Nation Event Shines a Spotlight on Space Coast’s Innovation
During 2016, One Nation will host nine events across America that will spark influential rhetoric on key topics ranging from climate change to innovation. Their goal is to unite professionals and enthusiasts to change America’s future for the better. USA Today and Florida Today, along with giant tech Harris, will shine a spotlight on Innovation in America by sponsoring a One Nation event at Port Canaveral this Wednesday, July 13th.
One Nation is set to showcase up-and-coming Space Coast companies who are making innovation and community the core of their business. These companies are making an impact in how business is done on the Space Coast by infusing innovation into their company mission and inspiring the next generation to do the same — they innovate by example.
Among the Space Coast companies that lead this revolution of ideas, technology, and business are Jaycon Systems, 321 Millennials, and MEC. Jaycon Systems specializes in bringing products to life by offering a complete service line that takes product concepts to mass production. Their offerings range from product and electronics design to prototyping and manufacturing. This organization meets biweekly to spark thoughts and ideas, helping young professionals to grow their networks by connecting people and building relationships. 321 Millennials is also involved in the community from art exhibits to charity events.
MEC is a family owned commercial construction company that specializes in engineering and design that is, first and foremost, efficient. Since 1973 MEC has lead the way in cost efficient building but have now switched their focus to innovative solutions. Jaycon Systems and 321 Millennials are inspiring long standing companies such as MEC to pioneer again.
