What I listened to the most in 2021

And other nerdy music statistics

I discovered an enormous amount of new music in 2021, so I thought I would look at some notable things. I keep track of a lot of nerdy statistics on my own for albums I bought, but I also “scrobble” my listening habits on last.fm, whenever I’m listening to stuff on my computer or through my Spotify account. It doesn’t account for all music I listened to, but it’s a pretty good chunk of it. I scrobbled 15,242 tracks this year, which is a record.
