Celebrating success is a key ingredient of the ways of work at Jazz. Recognition helps our people feel valued for their contributions, and ensures their ongoing commitment and engagement. With our holistic recognition framework, we recognize performance and nurture the right behavior for individual and business achievements.

The framework at Jazz ensures a transparent, consistent, and systematic approach for all tools and processes of recognition whereby all recognitions are celebrated on internal community platforms like “Workplace” and enabled through digital mediums like “Applause” to appreciate employees’ commitment to living and championing Jazz’s ways of work.

At Jazz, we continue to celebrate achievements and acknowledge our employees through ongoing recognitions as “Applause” and quarterly recognitions as “Divisional Champs” to encourage and reward high achievers. The recognition ceremonies and encouraging good work continues to be celebrated during the “New Normal”. During the remote work arrangement mandated since March 17, 2020, our recognition ceremonies are taking place online through our digital communication mediums.

Jazz has ensured to pursue its digital capabilities for enabling uninterrupted engagement levels and keeping motivation intact. In Q2 of 2020, divisional champions were celebrated for their consistent and high-impact business contributions during Q1 on cross-functional projects, developing innovative ideas, delivering challenging targets, and championing Jazz Values.

Recognizing employees through the Divisional Champs initiative is not only about celebrations but also setting an expectation from leaders to continue support their teams and star performers.
