Passing the baton— Inside the Future Leadership Team Meeting!

At Jazz, the vision of a prosperous future is materialized by instilling the results-oriented mindset in the next wave of leaders. The Future Leadership Team (FLT) at Jazz meets twice a year to make certain business commitments and ensure the continuity of the future vision.

The third FLT meeting, moderated by Paul Keijzer, took place in Karachi from Oct 8 to 10. The session kicked off with Aamir Ibrahim’s note, followed by sharing the business results, technology journey, and role of analytics at Jazz.

In line with the corporate responsibility priorities, a tree plantation activity was organized where all the FLT members enthusiastically participated with the focus on giving back.

The FLT team got an opportunity to bond with their peers on the beach retreat organized in the evening.

On the second day of the session, the spotlight was on the presentations from Compliance and Digital Financial Services (DFS). Aamir Ibrahim concluded the FLT by highlighting the big challenges ahead for 2020 and Paul Keijzer brought the focus on Jazz’s ambition for becoming the workplace of the future.
