The #PeopleFirst philosophy at Jazz is the focal point for continuous evolution as a pioneering organization. The emphasis on learning opportunities for our people is imperative in staying relevant on the path of digitalization.

Jazz recently launched Reboot, an upskilling program, for the whole organization. It is designed to specifically support capabilities that are in line with the organization’s digital ambition. It targets two key learning paths: Knowing Digital and Going Digital.

Knowing Digital is the first step in gearing up for the futuristic skill set. This allows employees to develop digital acumen and understand basic digital tools and concepts. Going Digital enables learning of specific functional skills for becoming a digital organization thus helping employees to adopt digital concepts in line with our digital journey. Ranging from Big Data to Machine Learning, Reboot currently includes 24 learning blocks to enable the Knowing Digital and Going Digital steps.

Reboot is a unique program targeting the skills of tomorrow that are crucial for the workplace of the future. Allowing empowerment, learning on Reboot is completely individual-driven, allowing the flexibility to handpick programs and manage pace at a beginner, an intermediate or advanced level for each module. With 552 unique users within the first two weeks of its launch, Reboot is poised to meet the learning appetite of its ambitious employee-base and fulfill the digital ambitions of Jazz!
