Florence

In October

Three days in Florence with friends. Not enough days for photography, so I’ll call this ‘Part 1’.

STREET ART — OLD/NEW

If the outstanding architecture weren’t enough, the art on just about every street corner or side street just makes you stop and look. Whilst the centuries-old frescos and paintings are now mostly protected by glass or perspex, the outstanding contemporary street art is allowed to weather, fade and be replaced by new work.
