One is “Do not allow centralized actors”, and another is “Allow centralized actors but not rely on it”.

The problem is that modern society relies heavily on centralized institutions, so we think having a centralized institution is not an issue in itself.

There may be gaps between experts and ordinary people about the essentials of ”Decentralization” that gurus like Vitalik say.

It is a problem for the future development of blockchain industry if the essentials can not be shared between experts and ordinary people.
