JEDSTAR announces 2 mobile games to be launched in 2022
On top of the gaming platform STARDOME that will host over 100 hyper-causal games, and their 2 flagship games — a CCG to rival the likes of hearthstone and gods-unchained and a Meta MMORPG, JEDSTAR has announced it is developing alongside AAA game studio FRAG Games (Netflix Cobra Kai) 2 mobile games to be launched by July 2022.
One of the games will be a battle arcade-style game like Archero, and the other a Kingdom builder, competing directly with the likes of Clash of Clans and Rise of Kingdoms.
JEDSTAR is primarily a gaming company that wants to create the best video games out there for mobile and PC devices. What separates it from all the other competition (Blizzard, Nintendo, etc) is that it is heavily leveraging blockchain technology and integrating at the core of its games in the form of GameFi and Play-to-Earn models. This is similar to games like The Sandbox ($SAND) and Axie Infinity ($AXS), the difference being that JEDSTAR’s games will be direct competitors of the current best games out there as mentioned above.
All games will be using $KRED token (a soon-to-be blockchain agnostic token) as in-game currency. $KRED will also be used as currency on JEDSTAR’s own NFT marketplace, AGORA, a marketplace that seeks to consolidate the trading of in-game assets from all of JEDSTAR’s games as well as a place for original JEDSTAR NFT Art, as well as other platforms beyond JEDSTAR.
