You should play Watchdogs 1 & 2

If you’re a person who plays video games either on console or PC, do yourself a favour and play both watchdogs and watchdogs 2. This series might be one of the best from Ubisoft. When it comes to story and the themes it covers, the watchdog series was way ahead of its time, whether it was about surveillance, hacker culture, hacking groups, disinformation attacks, corruption, shady deals between politicans and the private sector. Watchdogs 1 takes place in Chicago and Watchdogs 2 takes places in San Francisco, The cities have been beautifully created and I love the idea of using the Metro trains for fast travel in Watchdogs 1. At the time the game was released, there was a lot of people saying that this was a competitor to Rockstar’s GTA series or it was just a different version of Assassin’s creed or there was nothing interesting about it. I think the people who were making comments like this never even played the game because this game is on a league of its own and it is completely different in terms of both gameplay as well as story form other popular franchises. I’m quite happy Ubisoft has not given up on the Watchdogs franchise and are releasing Watchdogs Legion in 2021. Watchdogs Legion has got the attention of people and hope it leads more people to check out Watchdogs 1 & 2 and play it.
