Energy and synergy with jeK Learning Partners 💎
Hey Medium! 💡 As a tech (junior) enterprise, jeKnowledge is always searching for new challenges, useful creative tools, fresh programming languages and trending marketing strategies (and a bunch of other innumerable things we love)!
As so, we got in touch with some other (and more experienced) enterprises, with which we want to learn and start a Learning Partners (LP) protocol.
But first of all, what is a Learning Partner⁉️
The concept is simple (and very useful!): two companies/partners/entities celebrate a written deal, in which during a defined period, each of them will help and support some of the needs of the other partner. But the incredible part is yet to come! It is 100% money-free and based on good-will! 🆒
What is jeK looking for with this LP?
After a general analysis of our present needs, we decided to invest more of our time in digital marketing. As so, we approached an expert in this area: 10.digital! Since it wasn’t the first time we had worked together ( 🔙 Shift APPens), it was everything pretty easy, from the first scratch, to the first meeting. After some friendly talk, we reached a mutual deal, interesting for both parts. 🎉🎉🎉
With 10.digital, we aim to develop and improve our digital marketing skills (so that we can reach more people online), through some workshops (not only, but also). It’s a good opportunity too, to have a better understanding about how a company works internally and run (who knows) for a future internship or even integrate 10.digital’s team!
Because a LP never comes alone…
During all the busy environment of ShiftAPPens 2018, we had the opportunity to sign another LP Protocol 💯💯! This time with RedLight Software, a backend/front-end development enterprise, with a special focus on health care software. We had the chance to talk to Miguel Antunes (CEO) and shape some of the common interests (I feel a Ruby on Rails workshop is waiting for us!💻).
Overall, I hope jeKnowledge can grow and take the most benefits from this protocols in a near future. Still, we are open to establish new deals and we can’t wait to get in touch with some other commited and proactive companies.
