JennyCo Genesis Pass NFT — Your Health Is In Your Hands
After months of anticipation, we are pleased to announce that our Genesis NFTs will be officially for sale Thursday, December 8th at 5pm UTC! This article will serve as a one-stop-shop for all your questions about the Genesis NFT sale.
- What is the Genesis NFT?
JennyCo Genesis Pass is a series of 920 NFTs enabling utility through the control and monetization of your health data.
2. What is an NFT?
We have you covered if you are unsure what an NFT is or does. NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. Simply stated, it is a digital representation of any asset, ranging from digital artwork to real-world real estate. Other everyday use cases include medical records, identity verification, academic credentials, and supply chain.
3. What are some common features of an NFT?
Unique: NFTs cannot be forged or manipulated. Just like your fingerprints they are unique. NFT’s are stored on the blockchain and always verifiable.
Utility: NFTs can unlock countless possibilities, such as rewards, product authentication, fraud reduction, voting, etc.
Secondary Market: NFTs can be bought and resold online. Just like in the antique and collectibles market.
4. What does ownership of a Genesis NFT provide?
DNA Test Kit
We will be using Sequencing.com’s state-of-the-art Ultimate DNA Test Kit. This kit includes 10X+ more genome tested than 23andMe, Ancestry.com, etc.
Why does the amount of genome tested matter? More genome tested = more data. More data = better recommendations. More data = more rewards
Information provided from Sequencing.com’s Ultimate DNA Test Kit includes Ancestry, Health, Wellness, Nutrition, Fitness, Children, Beauty, Data Exploration, Relative Finder among others.
5,000 JCO Tokens
Tokens will be distributed over a 12 month period. NFTs that interact with the JennyCo app will receive JCO tokens in an expedited manner, while those that are not will be evenly split over 12 months.
The distribution schedule will be the following:
- 1,250 JCO tokens will be distributed to the NFT address when a user creates a profile on the app (or after 3 months).
- 1,250 JCO tokens will be distributed to the NFT address when a user links their DNA test to the app (or after 6 months).
- 1,250 JCO tokens will be distributed to the NFT address when a user has 180 days of health data on the app (or after 9 months).
- 1,250 JCO tokens will be distributed to the NFT address when a user provides other forms of useful data (or after 12 months).

User’s holding a Genesis NFT will earn 2X the rewards for their initial shared data on the JennyCo app
NFT Referral Link Boost
User’s holding a Genesis NFT will earn 2X the Referral rewards for referring a friend to use the app

Private telegram channel which will be a forum where “alpha drops” will occur
Governance:Vote on features, releases and have a voice in the development of the JennyCo app.
5. How much does a Genesis NFT cost?
0.15 ETH (gas fees are not included). Holding 0.16 ETH in your wallet should ensure that you have enough ETH to cover necessary fees.
6. Who is able to purchase one?
The Genesis NFT’s will be sold in a tiered structure.
On December 8th at 5pm UTC, users who are on the whitelist will be able to mint 1 NFT using their ETH whitelist address. It will not be possible for multiple NFT purchases from the same ETH address.
On December 9th at 5pm UTC, the minting website will be opened up to the general public, where anyone may mint 1 NFT using their ETH address. It will not be possible for multiple NFT purchases from the same ETH address.
7. How can I purchase one?
Step 1: Go to https://www.jennyco.io
Step 2: Click “Connect Wallet”
Step 3: After clicking “Connect Wallet”, you will be asked to sign into Metamask. Sign in and make sure you are on the ETH Network.
Step 4: After signing into the correct wallet — your home screen will look like this, where you will then click “Mint Now”:
Step 5: At this point, a screen will appear that is asking you to “confirm” the gas fees to mint the NFT. Click “confirm”.
Step 6: The home screen will now show an icon called “Profile”. Click “Profile” for the website to take you to your newly minted Genesis NFT.
On the “Profile” section of the website, there will be several NFT-related sections that you can access, including: “NFT”, “Tokens”, “DNA Test” and “Extras”.
8. How will the DNA Test Kit work?
Under the “DNA Test” section in your profile, you will find text boxes where you will be able to submit your 1) Full name, 2) Email address & 3) Shipping address where you would like your DNA Test Kit shipped to.
After minting your NFT, you will have 1 WEEK to submit your name, email address and shipping address in order to receive your free DNA Test Kit.
Further details regarding shipping time(s) will be relayed to each user via their provided email address.
