Children in need
According to research there are lots of innocent children from third world countries suffering from either hunger or a serious decease. There are many organizations to help those in need, one of them for instance is Child Empowerment International. They provide education for 236,586 or more unfortunate children. Such organization is currently working on Sri Lanka which happens to be the capital of Colombo they are dedicated to provide leadership development for about 400 orphans. This movement to help decrease poverty started back in 1998. CEI has been providing education and healthcare to 6000 children recently at Sri Lanka, Uganda, and Nepal. This program gives others the opportunity to either donate or sponsor a child by giving her/him $30 a month. Another organization dedicated to help children improve their education is The School Fund. The school fund helps children to earn money for scholarship. Students are shown on the company’s website that way donors can crowdfund student’s scholarships. The company responsible for the children make sure students are enrolled and get the money necessary for their scholarships once this is done school fund tracks students’ progress through school.

UNICEF is another company which has been supporting those in need for years. It all began back in 1946 after War World 2, 60 years later UNICEF had more than 7000 people in 157 across the globe. Children should always be a priority when it comes to poverty such innocent children shouldn’t have to through hunger or poverty without being educated and most importantly a place to sleep. UNICEF is trying to change that by ending poverty approximately by 2030 even though is not a sure thing the organization is working hard to make it happen. People living in third world countries should need all the help they can get which is why donating is the perfect way to make their lives a little bit easier. Just doing something as simple as donating clothes or 30 dollars a month, one can change somebody’s life is the though that counts and whether is motivated to make a change in the world. According to UNICEF 50 million infants are living in poverty some of them are refugees, some of them are fleeing the country due to violence which is sad for a kid at such a young age. Approximately 28 million come from Sudan, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, 6.3 million come from Latin America.
Such organization provides vaccines to 40 percent of children in third world countries. As well as offering technical support on the process of delivering babies whether there are complications or not. Research shows that millions from undeveloped countries are protected against viruses like measles, polios, diphtheria and tuberculosis which can cost up to 50 cents per child. Programs including vaccination offers supplements of vitamin A and such nutrients that improve immunity to avoid starvation or related syndromes.

To avoid poverty or help improve the lives of others living in poverty, people should have tried to help each other out. Try to fundraise more money to get more supplies for schools to get books to improve education, more professors across the globe. It would be helpful as well if there was more medicine for everyone, children, women expecting, elders etc. More money means a better education, healthier lives and proper nutrition. The only way to make this happen is by standing together to make the world a better place.

Narrative
I felt like I should raise awareness of what is going on the world simply because I feel like we can do better help those children growing up with nothing. Even though there are many organizations that have helped through the years like the ones mentioned, UNICEF, Child Empowerment International, and the school fund if we stand together by making more donations to improve the life of those poor innocent infants we make their lives a bit easier. Just by sending a dollar or five every day or monthly that can make a huge improvement for a kid doesn’t have money for food, clothes, education, or even medicine. Child poverty is a huge problem around the world and I feel like something should be done about it.
As a sister to my five-year-old brother I am very intrigued about this matter. Simply because I can’t even begin to imagine what it must be like for a kid at such a young age to be going through something as horrifying as starvation and lack of hygiene that could lead to many serious diseases. It must be devastating for a kid to feel like he or she is all alone in this world. Specially since some of them are alone because they had fled the country due to violence and got lost and are now without a family. UNICEF is one of the most known organizations, they have been working to end poverty since 1946 and are still trying to end it. Such company is expecting to end it by 2030, honestly, I hope it does and we could some day put this matter behind for those children’s sake. CEI has evolve a lot as well over the years it has increased the number of infants been educated, well taken care by providing them healthcare. Helping 400 orphans is an amazing improvement as well that CEI made it possible. However, to succeed we must be united to help the remaining children that are still in need. From now I am planning on making more donations to unfortunate children because to make a change in the world I must step up and do something about it.
