Trusting into a New Life : My Experience Switching Out Past Ghosts for God

PART 2 IN THE SERIES:COMMUNION

Today I had a deep experience as I continue to seek alignment to higher spiritual values. As a part of practising trust within my life and walking forward from dreams and inspirations in my daily life, I saw I was having major difficulties accepting good things that might come forward for me. I know when we are in a life situation where we are stressed about what might be going on, in the absence of words or actions from another we instead project all our anxieties and fears into that space. I know this. What I saw was this with a bit more added.

I saw I have no stories pertaining to true spiritual nurturing

and so whatever Jesus or any other teacher may give, I would have trouble accepting it at some point on my path. I have stories about miracles, healings, love, compassion, heroes and so much more. But no where can I find stories of spiritual nurturing, So my mind cannot accept it. I have no bridges to accept it. Wow. So now I have a huge quest to find such stories. I will find them, write them, something.

For people who follow Jesus, we could argue that Jesus is such a person, and he is, but if we do not have demonstrations in our lives or stories that allow us to…
