JET8 Platform Updates
3rd Party Integrations for the Shop
As the number of communities and brands in the system grow, our focus on product growth expands to include new 3rd party integrations for the shop.
The shop is one of the pillars of the technology, so expanding the offering is akin to improving the product. By working on this not only does the product grow, but the value of each individual community is increased.
During the past two weeks, we’ve added two very relevant integrations:
- A new digital top-up system for mobile lines. Users around the globe will be able to top-up their data and minutes directly from within the shop using their JET Points.
- In close collaboration with artists and communities, we’ve integrated a print-on-demand service so community members can purchase posters from their favorite artists directly within the app, which will be delivered globally.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, there is plenty more to come, so stay tuned!
Metrics by campaigns for Brands
A huge improvement to the platform has recently been finished. This impacts brands and allows them to segment the results for their campaigns by dates, making this trove of data more accessible and more useful than ever.
Enhanced Live Report
By far, one of the most used parts of the platform by brands is the Live Report. The Live Report provides an at-a-glance look at the status of the campaign. It allows brands to understand different KPIs and gives them an always up-to-date pulse of the campaign.
With this in mind, we’ve developed an enhanced Live Report, to offer brands even more flexibility and a better understanding of their campaigns, with dozens of new data points.
Custom Engagement Rewards
As communities expand into new territories, we’ve been able to measure to what extent global communities are different from focalized ones. With this in mind, we’ve improved many fronts on the product side in order to offer an adaptable service across the board.
We’re pleased to announce that now rewards for engagement can be customised on a per-brand basis. This not only allows flexibility, but also generates a more open market of rewards, where each brand can pay what they see fit.
Team Growth
As critical development efforts continue to grow, the Development team also sees the incorporation of new members. As planned, these past weeks we added a new Android Engineer, a new iOS Engineer, a new React Native Engineer and a new QA to our Development team in Barcelona.
