JET8 Platform Updates
JET8 Mobile SDK
As the first version of the JET8 Wallet enters the final stage of development and testing, we are updating the mobile SDK’s that are compatible with the upcoming app to provide a smooth transaction to the new flow.
Worldwide top up integration for the Shop
Another round of 3rd party integrations for the Shop are in progress. This time, we’re rolling out an automatic mobile top up that would be available worldwide, making the experience instantly accessible without having to deal with codes.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, there is plenty more to come - so stay tuned!
JET8 Infrastructure & Wallet
We’re finishing the new infrastructure for the upcoming JET8 Wallet on the blockchain that will allow our users to access a crypto wallet in an easy, friendly and secure way without having to care about the technicalities of cryptocurrencies.
New Smart Contracts
In order to operate the JET8 Wallet, we’re working on new smart contracts that will manage all the app operations and other platform requirements.
We will publish the code in the GitHub JET8 repository soon, stay tuned.
Apps as a Service
We’re updating the apps with bug fixes and new personalisation features to help us grow JET8 Communities, making every app a custom experience. Check the communities page to stay updated about what’s new!
Team Growth
As critical development efforts continue to grow, the Development team also sees the incorporation of new members. As planned, these past weeks we added a new Android Engineer, a new iOS Engineer, a new React Native Engineer and a new QA to our Development team in Barcelona.
