The past four weeks have been hectic at the JET8 R&D headquarters in Barcelona. After sharing a few teasers and screenshots of the new wallet to the community during the past quarter, we’re excited to officially announce the new JET8 Wallet, JET8’s connect & transact hub for everyone owning J8T Tokens, DENapps users and retailers — both online and offline. All of these v1 features are designed to give users a safe, seamless and pleasant experience. It’s public and ready to try here.

What is the JET8 Wallet?

The JET8 Wallet is a secure mobile platform for those willing to safekeep their J8T tokens, earn rewards and buy real-life products. Our mission is to connect thousands of mobile-first communities with a “one-stop shop” financial system for users, brands, retailers and influencers. Helping people convert their social influence into digital currency in a full custodian ERC20/J8T crypto wallet is already a reality.

It does not matter if one is a well-versed crypto lover or just an average mobile user curious about blockchain, we’ve built the JET8 Wallet with everyone in mind.

The JET8 Business API is the result of four years of R&D around social media engagement that allows brands to build iOS or Android social applications (Decentralized Engagement Network apps — DENapps), reward influencers for engaging content, connect and transact with multiple communities via product sampling, UDEP (User Data Exchange Protocol) and the JET8 e-commerce protocol.
