This week JET8 Social interviews Natalia Olson-Urtecho, Director of Activism and Governance at RadicalxChange.

Natalia served the Barack Obama Administration as Regional Administrator for the U.S Small Business Administration from 2012–2017. In this role, she oversaw 180 SBA offices and more than $34 billion yearly federal government contracts. With an extensive entrepreneurial background, Natalia now runs the Disruptive Factory alongside other female leaders, sits at the board of the RadicalxChange foundation and chairs the efforts of the Barcelona Smart City movement.

In this interview, Natalia provides insights into how she helps communities in the public and private sectors interact with technology. While empowering the communities into sharing their opinion and understanding that their opinion is valued.

Natalia is involved in four different businesses, one being the Disruptive Factory, founded by women only. The organisation believes that technology can solve many climate change issues and could contribute to solving these issues faster.
